A patriarchal society a patriarchal world. A foreign women who married an American man prior to 1923 automatically inherited his citizenship. That's why the father would determine the natural born citizen status. When women won the right to vote her automatic citizenship through marriage was shortly thereafter dropped.
Another technicality - there’s no such thing as “a massive recall election.”

If he is found to be lying in his: a) autobiography b)personal history as told with his candidate bio and / or c) actual identification documents, either for schools, law licenses, or passport, doesn’t he know that the American people would have NO REASON to trust him on other things such as health care or the economy???
But the writer of “Dreams” used the first person to speak about the discovery of his birth certificate. That means that the certificate is actually over at the old Ayers homestead.
This long trail of suspicions and inconsistencies will catch up to Obama in court.

Absolutely! This birth cert. mess surely hides a LOT and it’s not just some little potentially embarrassing detail, the type of thing some people would want to hide ‘for the sake of the children.’
No, this quest for the truth is beginning to boil up and we want the TRUTH about this person. If that means he is tossed out of office, so be it.

My point is he should be prosecuted for falsifying a federal document. Not because of the "natural born" technicality.
If you know that, why would you say something so stupid while simultaneously calling an essential part of the Constitution a “technicality”?
And, what “federal document”?

The definition of natural born has changed several times since the framers wrote the constitution.
The federal document is the birth certificate.
I do believe the B.C. Obama had posted on his campaign website was a fake. He should be prosecuted for falsifying his B.C.
It’s like prosecuting Clinton for lying under oath. Not for having an affair.
My point is he should be prosecuted for falsifying a federal document. Not because of the “natural born” technicality.
I suggest you read up on the history of the founding of this Nation and its Constitution before you call the requirement of the President being a natural born citizen.
It is not a technicality and it is no small matter and based in well thought out ideology.
The Certification of Live Birth would be a Hawaii document.
The definition of “natural-born citizen” has not changed since the Constitution was written.
