Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama's birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- "If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16." We know that Obama's father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama's birth..." (thus, she would had to have been aged 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- "Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen." Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.

We Americans demand to see Obama's original long form birth certificate to verify this claim.

Conflicting information is out that Obama was born in Kenya at The Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 PM..... or was it in Nyang’oma Kogelo? Birth in Kenya would not result in Obama being a natural born American citizen.

There still is more conflicting info from various reports. From a November 4 UPI article, “Obama described his birth at Queen's Medical Center in Hawaii Aug. 4, 1961.” On January 24, 2009, in a letter to Kapi'olani Medical Center, Obama wrote “As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center -the place of my birth......."

WHERE was Obama born? And which hospital will it be at next week? How did Obama have dual citizenship from Kenya (British colony)? Was it as a result of actually being born there? As we know, Obama's father was a Kenyan citizen.

Why is Obama spending so much in legal fees to keep his birth certificate hidden? When someone hides something, they have something to hide (actions speak louder than words).

When Obama was challenged with his potential lack of natural born citizenship during the campaign, he posted a "Certification of Live Birth" (COLB) on his web site, but NOT his original birth certificate. WHY not just go ahead and present his original birth certificate? There are claims that the COLB in itself may just be a forgery..... Hey, the Obama camp took down fightthesmears.com

We will not permit the Democrats to trash America with laws allowing for same sex marriage. We will not allow the Democrats to expose homosexuality and homosexual tolerance to our nation's children.
