Dan Ferris is a self-promoting stock shill who's whackier than Jim Kramer.
Restructuring debt isn't a "scam".
It's a legitimate method of reducing finance costs that directly impacts the bottom line.
Of course, one can't rely on such techniques as a substitute for revenue generated by sales. But the dude is on some serious hallucinogens if he's calling it a "scam".

I am glad to know the truth but I was hoping the “buy American” thing was working toward Ford’s credit for not going fascist with Bama. Thank goodness we have people watching and the internet to put it out in public.
