If Obama isn’t eligible, there will be a unanimous vote to impeach him.If Obama isn’t eligible, there will be a unanimous vote to impeach him.
***You know that stuff that plops out of the back end of a bull? Yeah, that. If we couldn’t get the Bent One with DNA on a blue dress, we won’t get this guy with a little piece of disputed paper and a democratic majority congress.

This is almost as good as the DUmmie who yelled that Obama must be eligible becaue THE LAW wouldn't let him be President otherwise.

Maybe someone else remembers this like I do... Back during the election debacle I remember SCOTUS being very concerned with the "remedy". If we decide in your favor, how would it all play out?

The only real remedy if Obama is rendered ineligible to hold office is to remove him from office. While I think that would be the moral, Constitutional way to proceed, it really does place our country in an explosive situation.

Think how incensed people were over Bush vs Gore. Can you imagine "The Republicans removed the First Black President from office"? I just don't think SCOTUS will go there.

I didn't say he'd be impeached for having a little piece of disputed paper. He'd be impeached if he was proved to be ineligible. I hope you can see the difference between dispute and proof.
