>>> I know I can block it on my clicker, but I want to know if there’s a way we can demand that the mainstream media channels cannot even be allowed into our homes????

Yeah... cancel your cable subscription. thats what I did.

I use cable for internet only.

LOTS and LOTS of stuff available now over internet.

Just spent the last few weeks watching every single episode of Stargate SG1 seasons 1-5 on Hulu... for free.

Fox news live available here free: http://blinkotv.com/

Cable companies purchase their programming in bulk... offering everything to everybody... and most of it is crap anyway. You think the liberals stop at news channels?
hell no... crap EVERYWHERE on cable.

As long as you pay your cable bill, they couldn’t care less what you watch... it still pays the bills at msnbc. (somewhat)

When people stop paying for cable, and start watching internet, eventually the advertisers are going to wise up.

We need to put whats left of free market forces to work for us now while we can.

Thank you thank you thank you. I have been wanting to cancel cable for months now. But i hated giving up Fox news. Now I can tell them to shove this cable box and their liberal crapola where the sun don't shine. Can't even watch a movie without their insane schemes in it. I'm so grateful. I'll be sure to pass this along.
