Putin is already thumbing his nose at the weakling as are most world leaders. Does he have one acquaintance who doesn't have a very questionable past and present? That tells you something right there.

Putin is already thumbing his nose at the weakling as are most world leaders.That wouldn't be so bad, if he wasn't using Akula class nuclear powered attack submarines and Bear (TU-95/142) bombers to do it.
