I liked Caddell even back in '76, even though Carter certainly would not have won without his help. He was among the first of a new breed of pollsters. Even then, he was smart and honest. He also told Carter first in 1980, that he was losing, and Carter conceded the election to Reagan while voting was still taking place in the Mountain and Western time zones.

Yeah, when Caddell (a Democrat) is asking these questions, it's time for us to start worrying about the future of our nation. He was horrified that these Czars are not even vetted by the FBI.
These Czars provide Obama with cover beyond their freedom from Congressional supervision, they will automatically be conferred with executime privilege and thus immune from having to testify before Congress, something that the Secretary's must do when summoned...very scary.
