Nearly all of the Fairfax County Police are good guys. They’re well-trained and, for the most part, very professional. My only bad experience with any of them has been indirect - my wife was hassled by a cop directing traffic when a traffic light went out. This is no big deal - she had a bad day, and I’m sure he wasn’t happy to catch that task that day.

That said, I’ve never seen nor heard of Wesley Cheeks. He might be a newer hire. There’s probably a reason he’s confined to the yuppie part of Reston.

Is the uniform a cop uniform or school security? Do you recognize it?

Maybe. But they are overwhelmed by the corrupt thuggery that dominates up there. It's been that way for 30 years, nothing will ever be done about it, and it will only get worse.

That animal, Horan never prosecuted any police wrondoing. Even the infamous copicide murder of Dr. Culosi

I won't bother you with the tales I had to put up with 30 years ago when I was the straightest kid in the world working a late-night job, getting threatened by coked-up Fairfax County cops. I'd rather live in North Korea than Fairfax County. I have to visit my elderly Mom there and it is depressing.
