And then let's study proper sentence construction and punctuation!
Comma’s are our friends!!! (I had to read that thing two or three times!)
While illegal aliens do not have a right to be in the country, they do have Constitutional Rights while in this country.
Me too. Or should I say: Me, too?
Hear, hear! I had to read this three times to figure out what it meant.

Really? What part of the Constitution covers this?
LOL. Yep, spent a good seven minutes pondering that one. Should have gone to the Strunk & Whites!
Well, that question is quite simple for anyone who has ever bothered to read the U.S. Constitution.
If you were to read the Constitution, you would notice that in some places the framers used the word "citizen" while in other places the framers and the authors of the various used the words "people" or "person."
When the Constitution uses the word "citizen" it refers to all those who are actual U.S. citizens.
When the Constitution uses the words "people" or "person" if refers to all people within the United States, except those that have diplomatic immunity.
So therefore, the illegal alien has the First Amendment right to practice religion and to assemble for protest.
And, the illegal alien also has Fourth Amendment rights and therefore the police cannot search his home without a warrant.
Are you saying that illegal aliens have the right to bear arms?
Tenth Ammendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Do illegals have the right to vote and to determine, by vote, the actions of state governments?
Sorry, I don't agree with you at all. Why do you believe that illegals, actually invaders, should have the same rights as U.S. citizens?
First of all, I do not sit on the SCOTUS and I was not among the framers of the Constitution.
However, the wise men that did write the Constitution and its amendments were careful to use different words to mean different things. For example, they used the word "citizen" in areas that dealt with citizenship and voting in federal elections.
When, granting right, they used the words "people" or "person."
The use of the words "People" and "Citizen" was done purposefully and those two words are not interchangeable. .
Show me SCOTUS decisions, or Framer's statements proving this.
Are you saying that "We the people... (that's from the preamble, btw) meant ALL people, everywhere? Including invaders that spit on our sovereignty for all eternity?
I really wish I knew why you stick up for illegal invaders so much.
