I just saw Outbreak with Dustin Hoffman the other day. Has anybody else ever notice how in the movies when a deadly virus strain gets loose its:

1) developed by OUR military made ILLEGALLY to use against baddies;

2) it was accidentally released in OUR atmosphere against OUR citizens through OUR careless labs; and

3) OUR military goes to great lengths to try to cover it up.

Doesn't Hollywood think a more plausible scenario is some terrorist in some rogue country, experimenting in a third world country primitive lab releases a deadly virus that takes out a third of the world's population before America finds an antidote and come to the rescue?

Nah...never happen.
