2009 H1N1 Flu - Situation Update

The CDC website shows as of September 3, 2009 there have been 9,079 hospitalized cases and 593 death (including DC, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). You can see the (big pharma and WHO) writing on the wall in the months to come.

I was under the impression that the CDC was no longer counting individual cases. I’m pretty sure at least that Wisconsin has stopped individual reporting... So, I guess what I’m trying to say is, are those numbers really accurate?

Ping to Smokin’ Joe & DVDMom — do you two remember anything about the stoppage of reporting individual cases? I know there was also something about stopping the testing due to a backlog? That two months I was off the internet did not help my memory on this subject!
