Even though I can not stand Zero and his thugs, I think this was the wrong place for this. However, on the other hand, it’s about time these spineless republicans stood up and said something...
El Presidente stood up there and lied, and called his critics liars. Joe Wilson was much more restrained than I would have been.
His swift apology mutes any enthusiasm I may have had for his outburst.
Too bad. He had NOTHING to apologize for.
Come next election we will shove it up their asses!
Those who scream for an apology from Joe should also scream for an apology from the President. Different words but he called Americans, Republicans, talk radio, and Sarah Palin liars repeatedly through the night.
He said in his speech he was going to “call out” the liars, well Joe was only responding in kind.
He said he was sorry.
So that should satisfy all the folks mad at him. Sorry is enough, right? It is more than Hussein personally said for insulting retarded people on The Tonight Show and for insulting the Cambridge cops by calling them stupid.
I sent Joe Wilson $25 and I’m glad I did.

He broke the rules of the floor. He needed to apologize for breaking the rules. Not for saying aloud that obama is a liar. For that, he should have held a press conference, preferably in a foreign country so that he could have embarrassed himself and America- that’s the democrat way..

I appreciate Congressman Wilson’s candor, regardless of the phony “decorum” of Congress - a decorum that allows Democrats to lie and get away with it. Furthermore, I am tired of Democrats making every insidious statement they can about their political opposition, and getting away with it.
Yes, the President is a liar.
Now ... Zero's spew of lies are a different matter. They're inappropriate anywhere, and Zero owes the American people an abject, groveling (literally: I want to seem him crawl on the ground in sackcloth and ashes), unclintonized apology.
Followed, of course, by his resignation.
Nothing less is acceptable.
Ok, fine...but Obama is breaking the rules of the Constitution. One is way more important than the other. Hang decorum...
