I think this will go nowhere since it is very likely that the Secretary of State will simply point out that the law only requires the certification of the Democratic National Committee that Obama is the Democratic nominee for the office. They have that certification.

OTOH, if New Hampshire law requires that the DNC cert specifies that Obama meets the constitutional requirements for the office of the President of the United States then the Secretary of State just might have a problem - because it is very unlikely that New Hampshire received any such certification.

Worth watching.
