You just know the Clintons had to be busting a gut on that exchange. Stephanopholus handled that part with pure genius, especially when he threw in the dictionary definition, as he just sat there with that “oh really” look on his face and long pauses to allow the Zero to speak, or rather, stammer.
Stephy is usually not one to dig into other Dems but I have to give him cudos on that part at least. I would also have to add that he was one of the better Press Secretaries(regardless of party) that have been in our White House over the last half century—I believe Tony Snow was the absolute best of the best. I found it really cowardly of Zero to avoid Chris Wallace as he is the only true Journalist out of the whole bunch. He’s by far one of the more even handed interviewers in media
