I don’t classify Taitz as a nutjob. I think it’s amazing that Obama’s lawyer’s are pulling out every trick in the book just so he doesn’t have to show us a birth certificate. As time goes by, and as courtroom maneuvers pile up, it just looks stranger and stranger.

I don't believe this means anything legally. It sounds like something she made up. I may be wrong. There is no dictionary definition of "surreply". Can't find anything in a legal dictionary either. I think she made it up.
