My understanding is if obama filed in a state with false information it is a crime. Obama has to be qualified by each state.
While your future statement must be addressed so we never go through this again. ALL of Obama crimes must go forward for criminal penalties. I don't buy the let this one go and move on to another one.
I agree with you. You can not permit the elite to act above the law and if you do, you are asking for deep trouble for freedom. Many of these “progressives” in both parties would not hesitate abusing their power in the most obscene ways if they thought they could get away with it.
Like I said, the dealer sets up the bike out of a crate. It is the riders responsibility to check adjustments before riding. This is very common for too tight a chain to destroy the rear hub. Sounds like an incompetent rider and the factory team probably dumped him, rather than the other way around. Too tight a chain will cause this exact event. I have experience with riders who will refuse to believe this fact, destroy their hub and then blame it on the machine.
Even the best machinery on the planet is prone to failure if improperly operated. In this case from the evidence submitted, it is very unlikly that it was the fault of a factory inspection. Your story is not plausible. There are far more bitter "know it all" riders out there than there are faulty hubs from the factory. He will be happier on a Honda, they only eat up valves
So I have enough experience to know what works in the real world and I am not swayed by a second hand story about 1 person who had a bad experience. Visit a desert race and you will see a sea of orange(ktms) at the start line, and there is a reason for that. So.... I am not interested in this fable

it is evident that Obama is trying to demolish the economy and destroy the middle class, which is in line with his Alinsky stratetegy that he and Hillary are documented to worship.
Please take this as constructive criticism.
First, re-organize your first posting into postings that address a single subject, each. And stick to the subject. If you need to reference others, link them -- but stay on track.
This particular one needs to focus on the difference between "filed" and "accepted". Fukino's responses are really not that important to this issue. Get right to the point, with the example COLB images, and no editorial commentary on the images.
If you want to talk about Fukino's apparent evasion, that's worthy of a second post. But, make it a separate post rather than trying to weave it into the narrative about the terms used in the COLB.
I understand your frustration with other people that have been attacking you. But if you want to respond to them, do so in a separate post rather than distracting from the point you are trying to make.
The section about Congressional resolutions is interesting, but again it distracts from the other points. Make it a separate posting, and make sure that every article is listed in a table of contents at the bottom of (or next to) every posting.
There's a lot of useful information in your posting. But, the (lack of) organization makes it really hard to sort it out. Pick a topic, stay on topic, keep it as short as you can. Break complex issues into multiple postings if necessary, and make your points serially rather than blasting them out like a shotgun.
I think justlurking has some good editorial advice here.

I don’t know. As far as I can remember, they just showed up, and the brown shirt media started citing them as if those announcements were proof of anything at all. It is as if they want to put forth whatever they can to convince as many people as they can to ignore the matter as quickly as possible.

Certified—Means Registered/Issued by the State Registrar
Non-Certified—Means Filed/Issued by the Local Registrar
In New York State the “Locality” provides the Certified birth records.
I am not even sure if there is a State index - but there might be. But if you need a copy of your birth certificate to prove citizenship you go to your local Town/City where you were born.
A local registrar can provide a Certified Record as long as they have the responsibility to be the keepers of record. I would think that this varies from State to State.
Just suggesting that you really need to verify Hawaii procedures and law and not rely just on procedures from other states.
