All the more reason to have the czars vetted by an impartial government agency (NOT Congress). Or better yet, not have all these czars at all.
Government bureaucrats tend to be even less responsive and wise than Congressmen. The agency will be filled by "Diversity" appointees who will be more hostile to Jennings' critics than to Jennings himself.
