Exactly. Rush doesn't have any choice except to fight back with everything he's got.
Rush will sue because the left has made it plain for all to see that they have every intention of hounding him to death and seeking to destroy him no matter what he does. They want to RUIN him and run him out of town... period.
Rush can not let this stand. If he did, they will view it as a battle won in their war against him and they will pursue him all the harder. If, on the other hand he sues them all and, I do mean ALL, he will win in a court of law. They will loose to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars and they will all think twice in the future about lying and slandering him.
RUSH, if you are reading this, why don’t you use the monies you are awarded to set up a non-profit legal foundation to fight for and protect the legal rights of conservatives who have been or are being treated as you were?
Once Rush realizes that this is a new way for him to make money, he’ll dive in wholeheartedly.
If he does sue, and he comes out of it strong, it might lay to rest all the negatives out there and maybe, just maybe, he might feel comfortable running for President. I'd love to see that.
He should be in court TODAY to get restraining orders. Then file suit on Monday for slander, libel and restraint of trade. Throw in emotional anguish and lost income and there won’t be any wealth to redistribute.
BTW, how does one file a complaint against the licenseholders? Is anyone allowed to attend when the license renewal hearing is held?
This Rush thing has me totally fired up. I hope he takes all the networks down and ends up owning them over this. It is more than just an assault on Rush this is war on all of us conservatives who might someday want to own a team or what not and now the left knows all they have to do is spread lies and companies will knuckle under to them. This type of travesty will wreck havoc with negations for future business owners if it is not dealt with now.
I hear you 5x5. I hope goes after them.
