Eric Holder: Bloggers and People I Pick are Hate Group Members

Holder's Blog Squad---- operating from the DOJ----is monitoring and targeting conservative blogs.......and whipping liberal blogs into line. Amendments to H.R. 2647 allow the AG to designate "anyone" as a hate group. It also allows the Federal Government to introduce evidence that bloggers participating in online discussions at a webpage with an arguably racist agenda, can be deemed a hate group.

Using govt money, Holder, has apparently hired a cadre of left-wing, Democrat campaign bloggers to troll the Internet looking for news stories and posts that denigrate the Obama agenda. The sub rosa lefty bloggers are hired to leave comments that support Obamaism in comments sections.

Thats' rich---constitutional officers Ohaha and Holder are breaking the law----engendering charges of:

(1) "computer trespass;" (2) using government equipment improperly; (3) illegally soliciting support for a government project using govt employees and equipment; (4) govt propaganidizing.

COMPUTER TRESPASS---RCW 9A.52.110---Computer trespass in the first degree.

(1) A person is guilty of computer trespass in the first degree if the person, without authorization, intentionally gains access to a computer system or electronic database of another; and (a) The access is made with the intent to commit another crime; or (b) The violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

(2) Computer trespass in the first degree is a class C felony.

CASE IN POINT----Ohaha's Arts Czar Yassky was just thrown out for trying to organize artists for Ohaha propaganda projects, using government money and equipment.

BACKSTORY A Bush administration employee (possibly in the Dept of Agriculture) got into trouble for illegally trying to generate grassroots support for a govt project. That crossed the legal line by using government money and equipment to garner support for a government project.

Well, the amendment says that belonging to a group that either espouses, or expects, an armed revolution against the USA makes you a hater, and the group a hate group.

Considering the posts here that say such revolutionary things as "can CW2 be far off now?", FR is by the definition given, covered in this amendment.

Also note that minorities, or the United States Government, are included as victims.

I can think of numerous cases people were killed because they were Christians:

that abortion protestor last month
those church shootings in Colorado a year or two ago

Imagine the outcry from the MSM if AG Ashcroft had been given the power to identify any liberal group he wanted as a hate group. You’d never hear an end to the wailing from the MSM. But, with the “right thinking” (actually left thinking) now in power, the MSM is silent. In fact, I’m betting they are not-so-secretly thinking “good; get rid of the competition that’s showing us up with actual investigative reports like the undercover story on Acorn”.

This is just more Alinsky - overloading the system - you can't respond to it all so tons slip under the door while you fight the "big things" - Healthcare, cap and trade, etc.
