Would an AP article actually feature a headline that reads “GO OBAMA!” - I don’t know about this one.

It sure it! I see it on cars all over, not just PA-River.
AP articles often have locally generated headlines. But this may have been a locally generated story that was put on the AP wire.
Since I haven't read the article, it's hard to say. I've had to kill my browser 3 times, as trying to read the article locks it up.
Also, it says “By AP”.
By?
Do African newspapers actually us “By” before the accreditation?
Usually it would say
AP. Just AP.
Is it "Kenyan born American"?
Right ..
