You need two US Citizen Parents, and be born on US soil to be a Natural Born Citizen.This is YOUR OPINION, not settled law.
The fact remains that there has not been a case before the SCOTUS to determine if jus sanguinis alone is sufficient or if jus soli is also required for one to be a NBC.

The Two Citizen requirement comes from Vattel's "Law of Nations" book 1 section 212. Section 217 contains an exemption for those born "in the armies" of the nation (and in other cases where the parent is serving the country, such as diplomats)
