That is the difference between you and I. I am not here to fully support one party. I am here for truth. I can think for myself and do not need Obama talking points.

I can find fault in both parties, journalists, bloggers,radio hosts etc. I don’t agree with everything they say but I can keep it in the back of my mind and remember it when it links to something else I hear. Devvy is in contact with some powerful people including the FBI. She knows brilliant Constitutional scholars who I do agree with.

Sometimes you need to sort through and find what is useful. Hold them all accountable. You need to be able to link many things together and figure things out after a period of time to find truth in a lying, corrupt administration that we have.

You say you are a libertarian. Devvy is a libertarian. Libertarians are truthers. Maybe use your one of your other ID’s when attacking libertarians.

After doing some research and making some other “inquires” on LawSchoolDiscussion and directly with the universities, we now see how Siddharth Velamoor probably was in TWO places at the same time.

Velamoor attended Columbia (coincidentally as did Obama in the 80s), and while there, likely attended other colleges through Columbia Law School's Foreign Studies Program.

Once Siddharth Velamoor was at the London School of Economics and Political Science, he would have been able to slide into Comenius University School of Law for one or two semesters via the Global Public Policy Network, the Utrecht Network, or any other Foreign Exchange networks jointly recognized by the schools.

Waivers from the Deans would have taken care of the any hanging issues regarding Honors requirements, admission standards, program prerequisites, etc. And what's interesting is that ONLY the schools, the student and anyone who's seen the student's FULL transcript would even know the student was in foreign studies overseas. This would be similar to what is likely the case with Obama's time at Occidental, Columbia and likely Harvard (at least for a couple of semesters and/or summer sessions).

The LSE website partly explains how it would work:

Columbia/University of London

For Columbia students, this program consists of two years of law study at Columbia Law School followed by two years of study at one of the following schools at the University of London: University College London; London School of Economics; King's College (London). Upon the successful completion of the four years of study, participants receive the J.D. from Columbia.

Since academic performance is an important criterion for participation in this program, selected students must provide transcripts from their second year at Columbia for final approval.

Students are graded on the following system: first class honors, second class honors, third class honors, and pass. Students who have not passed first year exams may retake exams in August or September of their second year at the University of London.

Twenty-one academic credits are granted toward the J.D. after the two years of study in London. The Columbia transcript does not list courses taken or grades received at the University of London, but will merely states that 21 credits were earned for foreign study abroad. The University of London issues a transcript showing courses and grades.

Again, waivers from the Deans would have de-frayed any of the rough edges regarding Honors requirements, admission standards, program prerequisites, etc.

Most Law Clerk or Junior Partnership applications would NOT be so crass as to ask for a graduated applicant with a juris doctorate to include a FULL transcript — just a copy of the diploma or letter from the University verifying completion, any Honors, etc. They would NOT even suspect that the student participated in studies abroad unless the student specifically told them about it — or perhaps spilled the beans when placing his educational background on different legal referral websites ... oops ... talk about LEVERAGE over a new Junior partner ...

And now that we learned last night that White House Communication Director Anita Dunn's HUSBAND, Robert Bauer, is going to become the White House's Chief Legal Counsel — the SAME Robert Bauer who is Chair of the Political Law Group of Perkins Coie with whom Siddharth Velamoor is also a partner — well, all of the other pieces regarding the Obama v Keyes case and Siddharth Velamoor's placement as a Legal Clerk with Judge Carter (who's likely unaware of the conflict-of-interest) are coming together now.

He's an associate (a junior-level hired grunt), not a partner-- big difference in law firms. Also, Velamoor was in the products liability group, not the Political Law group, so, under the Canons of Judicial Ethics it is not a conflict of interest for Carter to hire him.
