Kind of like Pickle in the SCOTUS clerk’s office last year, filtering information to the Justices. But word will get to Judge Carter, if he doesn’t already know by now ... That said, this is also one of those things that a shrewd attorney may use AT THE RIGHT TIME ... like right when the US Attorney’s office says or does something that smacks of collusion — just heap on some more.
