Unfortunately, there are always profiteers. Fund raising appears to be Kreep’s profession. He appears to claim credit for the legal probes executed by others, particularly Taitz. Taitz does very well as a part time lawyer, real estate broker, and full time dentist. She doesn't need this. She needs freedom to continue in this country. As Mark Steyn put it, we are now “America Alone.”

Kreep got some face time as he ejected trouble maker John Ziegler from a CPAC meeting recently. Ziegler went to confront CPAC’s director, with his having donated to the reelection of RINO Arlen Spector while slighting the true conservative.

Taitz legal tactics can be questioned, but she clearly knows that it is harder, perhaps impossible, to attack through our compromised legal system if the public doesn't know about it. She understands the necessity of keeping in front of the public - and willing to take the attacks from both sides stimulated by her public exposure.

Kerchner/Apuzzo have an almost immaculate case languishing in federal district court since July because, in my opinion, the livelihood, friendships, and perhaps physical safety of the justices are certain to be threatened. The “Retired Marine” judge Carter, who convinced Taitz to forego a certain hearing because the defendents failed to respond in exchange for his word that the case would be heard has just acquired a legal assistant from the law firm defending Obama, and run by Maoist Anita Dunn's husband. Coincidence?

This is about the life of our nation. Kreep is diminishing the efforts of patriots. Who knows if his motives are sinister. His actions are having that effect. He is also on Taitz’ legal team at the insistence of Judge Carter. Coincidence? He, not Taitz or the defense, requested a delay from the previous court date. Coincidence?

Our heros are dying in Afghanistan as our commander in chief modifies the rules of engagement to favor the natural born citizens of other nations. Kreep is obstructing the discovery of the too obvious fact, attested to by Obama, that Obama Sr. was a British citizen and thus was the son. We are being led by a dual or foreign citizen, of what country we are not allowed by our legal system to ask. If the law does not resolve this question we are headed for revolution. Kreep should put away his collection baskets.

Support Kerchner, or Donofrio, or Taitz, or anyone willing to attempt to force judicial review. We still may have a few patriotic judges, though the soft revolution we are experiencing has been accomplished, in part, through the appointment of politically compliant judges. That is why Congress has just approved the appointment of about 60 more. Our supreme court knows well of the president's ineligibility. Congress had hearings on McCain's NBC status and all know. There aren't many now who don't need to be replaced if we are to be a nation based upon The Constitution. Every legislator is willing to pretend Article II Section 1 Cl. 5 doesn't exist, or, like parrots, repeat the mantra "...it isn't defined in the Constitution." No; it is common law, cited and repeated in a dozen supreme court cases, including by Chief Justice John Marshall, attorney, friend of Washington and Madison, approver of the Constitution for the Virginia Federation, in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, p 289. There is no doubt about who is and is not a natural born citizen. The U.S. is not currently in compliance with our Constitution.

Yep --it is common understanding and we need to keep holding their feet to the fire.
