Any exec with that kind of philosophy on talent should be flipping burgers. My philosophy is that I don’t care if you are plaid - if you can work on a team and you have the talent, I want you. Gay, straight, transgender. Irish or Swahili - Be good and be group, or begone.

Sure, if Obama were a conservative and built a wall on the border, deported the ones who were here, abolished the U.N. and Federal reserve, etc. etc, I’d carry him on my shoulders. I wouldn’t even care if he were from Kenya. I’d make him little flower leis for around his neck.
