No, I know it is not all HR’s fault, but they always side with the easily offended PC do gooders. And force us to watch harrassment videos, sign diversity pacts etc etc
HR’s motivation in all this is not internal. The fed and state acronyms and the threat of legal resource drains drive this.
OK, some in the field are true believers, but not all.
