I think its starting to happen
That’s alright. It appears at this point that she’ll do little more than take liberal votes from the Democrat.
Mark Davis came to WBAP in 1994 I believe
Yeah, maybe it’s time to start using the tagline I’ve been using over at AIPNews.com for awhile.
He really nosedived when he got to do some columns as the Pet Republican for the Dallas Mourning Snooze
He was filling in for Rush on monday. Here’s how I interpret what I heard (others may have heard something else).
He started out taking the Gingrich point of view. Apparently they were deluged with people angry with this tack. So he stepped back and pretended to take a neutral point of view and presented some stuff from both sides of the NY election debate. However he made fun of and generally dissed (in my view) the material from the pro-Hoffman side. He used the phrase “how’s that work’n out for ya” a lot when talking about things from the principled conservative point of view.
Former semi RINO-Senator Al Damato on Neil Cavuto just said that he probably will be endorsing in the 23rd within 24 hours and is leaning strongly towards endorsing Hoffman.
I have been and will continue to work for it for as long as I’m still above the grass!
I continue to believe that retaking the republican party is a FAR easier task for conservatives than building a new one from scratch!
Newt is a Republican before he is a conservative. He showed that by endorsing a RINO to the left of many DemocRats.
As things now stand, there are only a few things worth salvaging from the wreckage of the Republican Party:
1. Its personhood pro-life platform, with its roots in the Declaration principles which originally spawned the party in the first place.
2. Its Reaganite, personhood pro-life, constitutionalist, peace through strength, morally conservative base of patriotic citizens.
3. Its ballot access.
Maybe there’s something else but I can’t think of anything right now.
Newt is a liberal, every one should just accept that fact.
What the heck are you doing grabbing video from “Media Matters?” They are a Soros-backed group.
Freaking odd.
I believe conservatism IS progressivism. What I mean by that is that you can’t have progress unless you have something to improve on. Having something to improve on requires having established traditions and ways of doing things. Thus, being a conservative does not mean I shun change, but that I embrace it, as a way of improving on the past, without throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
So-called “progressivists” do NOT want progress. They are among the most anti-progress elements. They want to limit science, manufacturing, science in the name of some undefinable homeostasis of the environment which has never existed nor ever will. They include communists who wish to never invest in the future but instead direct all earnings toward the gaping mouths of the unproductive, who will always soak up all earnings if allowed. In neither case is there any progress. Both want to throw out all that has brought us this far, and start from scratch. Starting from scratch always means making the same mistakes over and over again.
I say this because I ALWAYS believe it is preferable to modify an existing vehicle than to design and build another one. But if we can’t get the RINO out of the drivers seat, we may be forced to build our own for the time being.
I didn't hear that but Davis had me almost screaming at my radio...........And now the current poll results showing Hoffman ahead and knucklehead Davis wants support for Scuzzy while considering Hoffman the "Ross Perot"??????????
Davis was citing a poll that was over three weeks old yesterday- well before the endorsements for Hoffman started piling in.
Do you remember Mr. Newt taking down Speaker Jim Wright? What a sonofagun he used to be? I don’t know what’s happened to him. Must be that thing that happens to people when they get old. Like AuH2O got all liberal later in life. I don’t understand it.
