Apparently the only principle Gingrich has left is loyalty to the two party system. I think it is fair to infer from his rhetoric that he would rather people should vote for a democrat than vote for a traitor to the two party system. If the republicans alone can’t topple her then he would PREFER that Pelosi be speaker for life. At least she is part of the system.

I don't understand why Conservatives cant see it.
Gingrich, McCain etc are loyal to bigger government.
Same as the Democrats.

They are all one in the same.

Wow, for a supposedly bright guy, that’s a ridiculously narrow viewpoint. I recently saw Newt’s mouthpiece on Fox implying that any activity outside the parties means stepping outside the political process. As if someone without an R or D next to their name isn’t a politician.

Balderdash! If nothing else, third party candidates can pressure members of the Big Parties to alter their strategies. Can’t Newt see the possibility that third party conservatives snatching away votes from Republicans can be good for Republicans in the long run? Are they that myopic?

Newt is a Republican before he is a conservative. He showed that by endorsing a RINO to the left of many DemocRats.
