Puh-leeze. Write your letter and stage a protest against HBO if you want. I was just pointing out the Third World peasant mentality in believing that crying paintings and appearances of the Madonna in abuela's yard is worthy of mockery.
Larry David can mock whatever faith he wants, just as you have the right to complain to HBO and/or cancel your cable service in protest.
