In the case of New York’s 23rd it is far better to have an honest(in that he admits to, claims his Democrat status)than a Democrat using a Republican alias.

Would the GOP in NY be able to sue her for breach of contract? There was an agreement and money was given to her. Seems to me dropping out and endorsing the opponent would be a breach. But then, what do I know!

A Pro Illegal Amnesty and Pro Free Trade Candidate will never garner enough support to win unless he runs as a Democrat. While he may get moderates, independents, and those that just hate democrats, his policies just turned to many Conservatives away from the booths. This is why Hoffman lost.
