To President Obama re Major Malik Nadal Hasan
November 7, 2009 | Professor John Peter Maher, Ph.D.

Posted on 11/09/2009 6:05:59 AM PST by Ravnagora

Dear Mr. President,

Major Malik Nadal Hasan falsely swore to uphold the United States Constitution when he enlisted in the U.S. Army. For this he should be court-martialed. He should also be stripped of his U.S. citizenship, as well as tried for hate crimes and murder.

You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, but violate this by permitting entry into the USA of persons sworn to overthrow our system of government. This includes all adherents of any faith or code that calls for the destruction of the United States Constitution, a goal that is repeatedly spelled out in the pages of the Koran and derivative works.

The founder of US-backed Bosnian president Alija Izetbegovic, who was host in 1994 in Sarajevo to Osama bin Laden, called for the destruction of non-Islamic states in his “Islamic Declaration” of 1970, re-issued in Sarajevo in 1990.

On page 22 he writes: “There is no peace nor coexistence between the Islamic faith and non-Islamic social institutions.” And on page 49: “In a world without Islam there is no patriotism”.

My judgment is not rash, but your public statements are contradicted by the facts, which I presume you know. Consequently, I have to conclude that you are simply lying to the people of the U.S.A. and embarrassing all informed persons. You are violating your oath to uphold the Constitution.

Respectful of the institution of the Presidency,

Professor Emeritus John Peter Maher Ph.D.

This guy was born in our country and lived here 39 years, during which this country paid for his very expensive education. It is highly unlikely he will be stripped of his citizenship. His religion made him this country's enemy. I propose the creation of a prison ship for people like this, ala Edward Everett Hale's fictional tale, "Man Without a Country."

In that story, U.S. Army lieutenant Philip Nolan, develops a friendship with Aaron Burr. When Burr is tried for treason, Nolan is tried as an accomplice. During his testimony, Nolan bitterly renounces his nation, angrily shouting "Damn the United States! I wish I may never hear of the United States again!" When convicted, the judge grants Nolan his wish: he is to spend the rest of his life on warships of the United States Navy, in exile, with no right to ever again set foot on U.S. soil, and with explicit orders that no one shall ever mention his country to him again.

The sentence is carried out to the letter. For the rest of his life, Nolan is transported from ship to ship, living out his life as a prisoner on the high seas, never once being allowed back in a home port. None of the sailors in whose custody Nolan remains are allowed to speak to him about the U.S., and his newspapers are censored.

Nolan is unrepentant at first, but over the years becomes sadder and wiser, and desperate for news. One day he says to a young officer, as he is being rowed over to another ship on which he is to be held, he beseeches a young sailor never to make the same mistake he made, and to: "Remember, boy, that behind all these men..., behind officers and government, and people even, there is the Country Herself, your Country, and that you belong to her as you belong to your own mother. Stand by her, boy, as you would stand by your mother...!"

Deprived of a homeland, Nolan slowly and painfully learns the true worth of his country. He misses it more than his friends or family, more than art or music or love or nature. Without it, he is nothing.

The Fort Hood shooter would have been nothing more than another poor Jordanian peon had his parents not immigrated here. Our country gave him everything, and, spurred on by his religion, he repaid that great gift with bloody murder. He deserves the ship.

BAHAHAHA! You expect the Bama not to let any adherents to the cult of the moon god into this country? By that standard he'd have to return to his native kenya.

Thank you for that, I never knew the story behind A Man Without a Country. We need to put a STOP all immigration until we can protect our Families from those that hate us.

I actually think the American people themselves took a major security risk electing a Muslim raised radical by the name of B. HUSSEIN Obama to be our next commander in chief in the wake of 9/11. What WERE they thinking? The buck stops with us.

Can I add my name to this letter as a petittion?

Second question: Can we get Congress to declare, based on such statements as Maher quotes, that Islam is a hostile power inherently bent on destroying our democratic republic?

Where did Dr. Maher publish this letter? Do you have a link?

John Peter Maher is a great friend of the Serbs. Therefore obama, the presstitutes, and all the other powers-that-be will dismiss him as a “wingnut”, grossly unfair as that is. I know—I’ve been there!!!!

obama is on the same side as Malik Nadal Hasan, Ahmadinejad, the “Bosnian” and KLA islamists, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, etc. He is working to use his Deathcare program to debilitate and murder tens of millions of Americans, and to replace them with massive numbers of Third-World immigrants, especially including muslims.

Dr. Maher is right as usual. But we’re still saddled with the antichrist obama administration, thanks to the American electorate’s desire for relief from the bankster-engineered financial crisis of 2007/2008. That crisis was designed to bring obama or someone like him to power.

Gospodi pomiluj!!!!

To the next IU president - may he/she be elected very soon!

We should stop all Muslims from entering this country NOW!
We should arm and support all Christians around the world who are fighting for their very survival.
We should suspend the so-called “rules of engagement” and begin fighting as Patton would have fought in that other World War.

We are fighting against JIHAD. Everyone knows it and it is shouted every friday from thousands of mosques here and abroad.

Honorary Serb said: “Dr. Maher is right as usual.”

I do not have “a link” to Dr. Maher’s letter, as he sent it to me and others directly. I chose to publish it here on “Free Republic”.

Please permit some “personal” comments about Professor Maher...

I met Peter Maher at the very beginning of 1992, and he’s been my friend ever since. Things were heating up in the former Yugoslavia, and Serbs all over the United States were waking up to the reality that the demonization of the Serbian Orthodox Christians that had begun in 1991 was escalating. They were being increasingly defined as “aggressors” and “ethnic cleansers” and the new “Nazis”, etc. etc. while the Croats and Bosnian Muslims were the predetermined “victims”, regardless of the heinous crimes they were committing against the Serbian civilians and the Serbian military in the former Yugoslavia.

From the very beginning, Professor Maher saw through the lies, cut through the B.S., and began “educating” the ignorant about the “truth” in the Balkans. He knew the score. He’s not Serbian. He’s not married to a Serb. He’s an Irishman. And a Catholic. He wasn’t being funded by the Serbs as their PR man, either, though he was “accused” as being such.

I always remind myself that it’s an honor to know him. Easy going and non-assuming, he’s a truly nice guy and a decent man. He doesn’t walk around “acting” as smart as he is. He doesn’t put on any “intellectual airs”. It’s when he generously shares one of the billions of facts his miraculous memory holds, or tells one of his wonderful stories, or provides one of his perfect anecdotes for whatever subject that’s brought up, that you are reminded that unlike all the pseudo-intellectual phonies who presume to know everything about the Balkans, this is a man who really DOES know everything.

Peter Maher knows the score. He wouldn’t be “defending” the Serbs if they didn’t deserve it.

I hope he knows how much he is appreciated by the Serbian people, and I hope even more that the Serbs never, ever take him for granted.
