How sad it took over a year for some folks.

I recognized that fraud named Obama back in February 2008.

It’s tough, real tough admitting being wrong. It’s uncommon. Of course this president does make it easier.

It’s easy to draw the contrast between Bush and Obamao when it comes to the Commander and Chief. Obamao isn’t in Bush’s league. What we don’t hear, and won’t hear from the Obamao’s fawning media is that Obamao is an economic disaster compared to Bush. Obamao’s foreign policies are sucking big time too. Before Obamao is another year into his catastrophic screwup, people will long for the good ol’ years of Bush.

It always infuriated me to see the mistreatment the press and Democrats heaped upon President Bush and his wife. But I have no doubt that as the scales fall away from the eyes of those who refused to see the goodness in this man, history will be kind to him.

This was the best post on that site: What a difference between George Bush and Obama. Bush an ex alcoholic, born again Christian, managed to lead this nation with just a megaphone, a pair of slacks and the most encouraging words pronounced by a president since Ronald Reagan: “We can hear you…the world can hear you. And the people who brought these towers down will hear from all of us soon.”

Obama a former cocaine addict, half Muslim managed to polarize this nation with two teleprompters and an empty suit.

My spider sense tingled at the mere first mention of his name, and a large robot was waving his arms around, screaming “Danger! Danger! Young Will Robinson! Do not elect. Repeat. Do not elect.” Now Dr. Smith finally gets it. What a newsflash.

The column is reminiscent of kids hating their parents for being their parents instead of being their ‘friend’ and popular. Then when the kid matures, they realize how great their parents really were, and are grateful that they were that way.

It’s not all just about Obama. There’s praise of the Bushes in this article. To wit:

“You may be as surprised by this as we are ourselves, but from this day forward George W. and Laura Bush are now on the same list for us as the Clintons, Geraldine Ferraro, Stephanie Tubbs Jones, and the other political figures we keep in our hearts and never allow anyone to badmouth.

Criticize their policies academically and intelligently and discuss the Bush presidency in historical and political terms…but you mess with the Bushes personally and, from this day forward, you’ll answer to us.

We hope someday to be able to thank George W. and Laura in person for all they’ve done, and continue to do. They didn’t have to head to Ft. Hood. That was not their responsibility.”

I don’t know if I should be thrilled or chilled. The Bushes are now the same to them as the Clintons, Geraldine Ferraro? Jeesh.

“The Obamas should have done that.

But didn’t.

Wouldn’t.”

No photo ops, I guess. They wouldn’t let him pose next to a flag-draped coffin.

That’s about the highest compliment they can pay. That site is a Clinton admiration society.

Wow....

I'd never think I'd see the day.

If Gays are supposed to be lauded as on the cutting edge of trends (popular culture wisdom, not me speaking) then what does this portend for the rest of the Bush Hating Democrats?

Will we see even more buyers remorse in the coming months ( and year or to) and coming to the realization they really got snookered by believing in his most exalted his name will not be mentioned by my lips, the Poseur from Chicago?

The press IMHO hated the Christian part and the goodness it added to his heart, the still don't get it, they never will and it eats at them.

I refuse to listen to Zero or watch him but I did hear last night on Beck that this shlub spent the first several minutes of his next public appearance after Ft Hood talking about how we screwed the Indians!!!! Un-fricking-believable! My jaw just dropped. Nobody ELSE in the media seems to have noticed. Mourn for America.

THe article and mostly the comments were astounding.

The theme was more than Pres Bush was a man who loved his country and gave leadership and goodness to AMericans.

The writer realizes Dr Utopia is “not one of us”,,he sees that O doesn’t like AMerica. That has been my deepest take on Obama,,he is a foreigner in heart and thought. He does not like this country, he would deconstruct it given enough time. ANd he detests whites and doesn’t like blacks much better.

And the comments, I read them all, were astounding. I think there is more buyer’s remorse than we know. And I agree with him, Bill Clinton loves this country. THere are democrats and liberals who do. Pat Caddell is an amazing AMerican, along with some of the old libs.

They have been silenced by the Marxists. But they are there and while we disagree I think they have a love of country same as I,,they just envision a different future and one that I think is at our peril.

The Obamites on the other hand, want us gone, ground under their boot, a new collective society with a Dear Leader.

I believe there is too much focus on Commissar BO! He is merely the little negro boy that the Democrap Party is using to espouse the Socialist agenda that the Democraps have been implementing over the last fifty years.

The sheer volume of legislation (or initiatives) could not have been written in the short time since BO was elected!

BO is the Goebels of the Democrap Party (with significant assistance from the MSM, especially "Tingle down the Legs" MATTHEWS).

Then anyone who objects to the Socialist remaking of America can be anesthetized by calling them RACISTS.

Is Molon a nominative singular participal, or a genitive plural noun? Also, what does it mean? I’m not familiar with the term.

“Will we see even more buyers remorse”

I wonder if it is possible that the Ft. Hood massacre has caused some to pause?

Regardless of the MSM spin that it was only an isolated incident of an over-wrought soldier who just happened to be Muslim, perhaps a few more Americans are slowing waking up to the concept that there could be an incident like this anywhere, anytime, any place in the U.S. and our TOTUS would simply shrug his shoulders and tell us to not jump to conclusions.

Perhaps a lot of Americans don’t feel totally safe with the indecisive, dithering Boy-Man-Child as ‘Present’.
