I really think KSM walks given what Graham said..I hope it gets a lot of play.
If KSM walks, OBama and his administration are finished...and Dems will lose control. At least that is what should happen if we, the people, can keep the voter fraud under scrutiny come election time.

When you start a trial with the president and the AG having said we'll get the guy, don't worry; and the rights of the defendent to have the evidence disclosed; add in the unreliability of getting 12 people to convict; the money is on the guy to walk.

If he walks, Obama is toast.

Don't know which is worse, having the guy walk or having OB as president to whittle away our national defense.

I tend to agree with you but... this crap will take years to get to court... and multi-millions of dollars. Delays and more delays.

By the time it happens, POtuS and his Attorney Private will be history.

There is a reason for this decision but I’m not sure what it is. It certainly doesn’t make sense when you consider that KSM was ready to plead guilty in the military court system.

It’s outrageous that ANY person captured on the battlefield be treated as a citizen of this country. All of these people should be taken out and shot since this was an act of war. This politically correct crap has got to stop.

If you are at war you don’t send the cops out to arrest the guys you are fighting, you send the military.
