Interesting, I didn’t think it sounded like a lawyer settling a legal dispute. He reminded me of a boring college professor giving a powerpoint presentation to students dozing off. Obama, one would think could at least muster up SOME acting ability and provide a much needed sense of INSPIRATION for our troops—and lay out a CLEAR MISSION and PURPOSE (however manufactured.) His lecture was going on all sorts of tangents and I think it’s unfortunate for a “Commander in Chief” to speak so apathetically! I actually would have respected Obama MORE had he passionately denounced US Foreign Policy point blank and called for a full withdrawal of our troops. At least that would have demonstrated some sort of CONVICTION on his part. Yes, I actually could have respected that... I hope more and more people who looked to this man as a messiah see the error of their ways.
Also the “Hail to the Chief” song or whatever the band was playing after he gave his lecture seemed SO out of place and awkward.
