You should be thankful they do pursue science instead of taking God's word as written and not spending all of that mental anguish trying to decipher the secret code to heaven. (Hint; it is "Drink more Ovaltine).
If science and scientists took your advice you would be scratching out your posts with a sharp stick on a flat rock if your arthritic fingers could still grasp the stick and your clouded eyes could see to do it in the flickering light of an oil soaked wick.

When I say invented it, I started with a . then, in retrospect saw that it cause the reader to pause if I added a . to make it .. After some serious thought, I decided ... with a space after them gave exactly the right effect for the reader. I guess you could say the idea evolved... LOL, Tee, Hee, Hee...

They are your brothers. “creation science” seeks to cloak itself in the credibility of intellectual giants that advanced man’s body of knowledge over hundreds and thousands of years. When people fight back, that doesn’t make them the bad guys and Catholics innocent.
They share the blame in Ireland in violence, are not innocent in their treatment of those called witches, and were not the only ones to die in Hitler’s concentration camps. Plenty of Protestant Christians who risked all to hide the Jews and help them escape.
You can’t say that the Nazi’s were Christians because of the name they bore. You just dissociated yourself from Catholics who support abortion as not being real Catholics. Likewise for those who called themselves Christians who participated in the Holocaust.’
No Catholic can afford to put themselves of criticizing other denominations.
