If the donks are at 37% of the electorate by registration or self-identification, than 41% of them is is just over 15% of the entire electorate. That means his non-racial base is only a bit over 2%.

I woke this morning thinking and wondering what we will have left when obozo is done and if and how we will fix it. Will we have the resolve and the strength to respond with greater and opposite sweeping changes? It seems to me the reversals must be greater in the following four years, if the chance comes, than in this period since what got us here should also be overturned.
We have seen almost every standard we have gotten accustomed to undone or attacked in less than a year. And the attacks go on at an increasing pace.

The man was never a leader and never has been. He is all hype and pretty words. Hype and pretty words might be enough to get one elected. It will never be enough when leasdership is finally needed. People are just now finding this out.
What would Reagan say? Believe in the power of the American people. Even the really stupid ones, for they are learning a harsh lesson in a very big hurry.

Get this- the Democrats learned the wrong lessons from the 1993-94 election cycle. They thought that they got clobbered because liberals stayed home because they didn’t push hard enough for Hiltery-Care. So they actually think that if they pass this monstrosity, the Obama coalition of last year will re-form and keep them in the majority.
IMHO, even ACORN and their allies couldn’t produce a ‘Rat victory next year.
I’m not so enamored of Sarah Palin. I think she is maybe patriot enough but not experienced enough to swim with the sharks. I am willing to see that I may be wrong but were I interviewing her for the job I would have to pass without some seeing demonstration of different achievements. For now I consider her a well intentioned amateur with a resume that needs improvement.

I have a couple of friends who were big liberal Obama supporters.
The first cracks in his support came with the cash for clunkers program. They tried to trade in their cars and found out they weren’t eligible. They still supported Obama because they thought health care reform would cut their medical insurance premiums in half. LOL
Now they’re worried about their jobs and they’re seeing the Gitmo fiasco. They hated Bush’s war on terrorism but they had more job security and on some level they knew he was keeping us safe. Obama’s not coming through for them and they are life long Democrats.
The pretender is now a lame duck.
