Win, lose, or draw in any court, there is only one power on earth that can remove Obama now, and that is the Congress of the United States. Obama is the de facto, even if not the the de jure, POTUS.

For Obama to be removed, he would have to be impeached in the House, and convicted in the Senate. Since these very same people, operating in their guise as The Electoral College, installed the man, it is very unlikely that they would do so. I assure you that these fellows, Democrat and Republican alike, know the Constitution at least as well as I, and knew that BHO, Jr. did not meet the criteria set forth in Article II of the COTUS. I don't know the man, but I would bet the same thing could be said of the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS, who swore in the impostor ...twice.

The actions at law must continue until we have an ironclad definition of "Natural Born Citizen." Right now, the SCOTUS has pretty well laid out what an NBC is not ... but it is not enough. We must prevent a repeat of this travesty. Above all, Obama must not be allowed to use his usurpation of the office of POTUS as a "precedent."

In the meantime, IMHO, we would be wise to assume that we are stuck with this preposterous de facto POTUS until 2012, and must make sure however many representatives and Senators we are able to elect in 2010, that they limit his executive actions as much as possible until he is out. Should Obama try to run again, they must prevent it.

Sadly, IMHO, we have lived through a successful counter-Constitutional coup engineered by Team Obama and a compliant Congress. To install Obama, they "amended" the Constitution illegally, without using the constitutional process to do so. Perhaps our energies should primarily go toward "damage control," to keep the Republic afloat on an even a keel as possible until Obama is gone.

More likely, he is an ILLEGAL ALIEN since he was born British, may have become Kenyan, pretty certainly became Indonesian, and NEVER made any effort to become an American citizen.

If the person in the White House is Barry Soetoro, then the Indonesian school registration is proof of Indonesian citizenship, and not American, again, disqualifing Obama. Not only that, but the COLB produced is for another individual Barack Obama. However Barach Obama has stated that he has NO other name, or gone by any other name.
If Obama did go by Barry Soetoro, then he is also guilty of re-entering the US and not going through the US Customs and Naturalization process. Thereby again becoming a “Naturalized” citizen, and again in no way can be “Natural Born”.

Obama and his supporters can’t have it both ways. Either he is Barack Obama born in Hawaii with a foreign father and admitted British at birth, or he is Barry Soetoro who entered the US without going through the US Customs and Naturalization process and is an illegal alien.
