I would say, rather, that this constitutes proof that there is a very significant correlation between gun ownership and violent crime.

As in, more guns = less crime.

But we can't have that, now can we.

At one time the avg buglar commited some where around 50 before he was caught.

Every day we hear about robbers, home invaders, burglars getting shot and killed.

For every one killed we are preventing dozens of crimes. No wonder the rate is going down

And that is a very good thing.
