That was when Von Bismarck got the Prussian puppet parliament to pass a Health Insurance Bill for the purpose of quieting politically interested working class people and reorganizing Germany to conduct large scale warfare against its neighbors.

For the German Reich, health care legislation, though said to be of minor importance, was actually the first step taken in what turned out to be most of a century of imperialism, war, genocide and multiple destructions of the German nation and others.

There can be no doubt Obama has the same ends in mind for this country.
