Glad you asked. I looked and I couldn’t find it.

What if the health care bill’s true purpose has never been to usher in socialism?

What if it’s true purpose has always been to be the final straw that breaks the proverbial back of our judicial branch of government which itself has been under assault for the last 3 decades?

Obama and his socialist/marxist cronies in the House and Senate have always known full well that only chaos could come from a bill such as this... that despite its good intentions, it could only serve to undo what capitalism and free markets have provided for over 2 centuries.

What is it that the Usurper in chief knows that we don’t about 2010??? Facing this level of opposition to a suicide bill like this doesn’t just border on insanity... it re-defines it!... One would think that such a leader in the oval office is certifiable and completely incompetent!... Or diabolically ingenious... if the true target has gone completely undetected and remains firmly in the crosshairs with no opposition in sight.

Obama’s waterloo??? are we sure?

What happens when a branch of government such as the judicial is unable to perform it’s function? Most of us look back on the Bush years of democratic stall tactics and delays to judicial appointments as mere efforts to fill the bench at a later time under democratic control... But have we seen any effort whatsoever by the current administration to prepare the judicial branch for what they surely see as inevitable??? Is this an attack on our free market system of health care? or is it an attack on the very heart of our form of government? Can a three legged stool stand on two legs? I think not. If the ultimate goal of our enemies is to bring down this country, do you go for the heels? or do you go for the throat?

What happens when we cannot rely upon our court system to defend our rights under the constitution?

Have we not already seen a pre-cursor to what is about to unfold among the many lawsuits and challenges to not only Obama’s legitimacy, but also the constitutionality of Congressional actions?

I simply wonder if the apparent stupidity of our current administration and liberal leaders is not just a welcome distraction to keep our eyes off of their true target.

State governments had better wake up and start taking action now... they are our last lines of defense... because our federal government is clearly drawing the battlelines against our freedoms, and no longer serves the people.

I’m sure that this is going to be litigated in front of SCOTUS ...

It has been. It's hard to take the article seriously when it doesn't seem to mention United States v. Butler, 297 U.S. 1 (1936). And I blame the GOPnfor this mess, in large part, because pushing "tax credits" was just another way to cement the idea that Congress can fine people for not doing what the feds want.

BTW, the Pennsylvania senators are split...one says Interstate Commerce and the other is going for General Welfare.

Obama’s contorted logic has nothing to do with healthcare it’s only a power grab and nothing eles but it’s going to cost him and his party.

The SCOTUS pushed the right of immanent domain to the point where a developer pushing increased tax revenue can confiscate your property because the constitution is a “living” document that says just what they say it says!

“WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES GOVERNMENT HAVE POWER TO MANDATE PURCHASE OF HEALTH CARE INSURANCE?”

It specifically does not and the last time someone tried this it was George III, and we all know how that turned out.

I feel confident that a mandate to buy something for the common good or to make interstate commerce of health care “regular” will not fly. Even the liberal judges must be able to see how this will be an open checkbook for forcing folks nd States to do any Federal bidding.

I hope that you are right. It worries me that there are some judges out there that believe in political correctness more than the Constitution, like Sotomayor.

Nancy Pelosi said there are no limits to federal government power. These Communists actutally believe they have the power to pass any law and enforce them. This is why the founding fathers wrote the Second Amendment: They knew there would be such tyrants we would have to clean out.
