Just received this embed via email this morning!

It'll be interesting to see if any of this has an effect on Obama's softness on Islam and terrorism (I somehow doubt it will).

Kind of like Israel releasing murderous terrorists to the “custody” of “jails” in Gaza or West Bank.

"Catch and release." How apt. And sending them to Yemen is like throwing Br'er Rabbit into the briar patch.

Yemen is unstable and backwards. Although their government does support us to a degree.

Those sent to Yemen will be free within a short time.

Another bad move and consequence of the GITMO closure idea. They (The administration) will simply choose to not talk about this. The MSM (Our watchdog media) will not address this either. Horrible times we're in. Setting the stage for disaster. Bread and games for the masses!

Cheney was the Decider behind the release of the 1,500 Gitmo detainees to the Saudi “Art Therapy Terrorist Retraining Program” in Nov. ‘07. So maybe Obama did learn from him.

Back up that statement? Cheney said he disagreed with some of the decisions Bush made on other’s advice.

Didn’t the USSC force the release of these detainees from Gitmo?

Outraged Obama Would Transfer Gitmo Detainees to Yemen

right, they should just let them go in Chicago-itmo, where they can conveniently drive directly to Thompson, IL to free their fellow 'man-made-disaster-enablers'.

No, Cheney was NOT “the decider”

Look to the USSC and their decision to grant GITMO detainees Constitutional rights, and the actions of numerous liberal judges and lawyers that freed these people on legal technicalities because the Bush admin was undercut at every juncture by our own legal system

The Saudi program did NOT receive “1500 GITMO prsioners”- it received only a select number of detainees who were Saudi, based on promises hy the Saudi govt to rehab them- they failed, or lied, or both, to Pres Bush

some background for you- and it sounds like you need to dig for more and educate yourself a lot more

“Wayne Simmons says the “catch and release” policy of the administration has reduced CIA morale to a level he describes as “pathetic, low, horrible.””

May I suggest that when people in the CIA did such a profound whack job on the previous administration that they probably deserve it.

As enemy combatants they could have had who knows what added to their persona enabling some sort of high tech tracking.

I would tend to think of it more as sending an infected worker back to the colony than catch and release.

I wish the entire CIA would make up its mind, whether it wants to work against republican presidents committed to justice or work against democrat presidents committed to appeasement.

I would prefer Electro Shock Therapy for these former detainees.;-)
