Is he still a partner? Does he receive income from this law firm? Is there a blind trust set up?
The only thing that saves him is that he apparently did not work on any of the cases himself, although it would become interesting if it could be shown that he did. I suppose he’d state though that each prisoner is a separate case, and the DOJ is not currently working on any of the cases he worked on as a private attorney.
