Did you get any info on side-effects of the pill? You may want to look on the net about it. Just like us, not every medicine works the same for everyone. When do you take her back to check if meds are working properly?
Re, your wrist...did you put some ice packs on it when it first happened? It may still help the pain and swelling, just not for more than 20 min. at a time. I fell and hurt my wrist years ago. It was a Saturday night and it really hurt. I put ice on it and wrapped an ace bandage around it. I called the doc on Sunday, and he asked me if I could move my fingers, which I could. He said it was probably a sprain or bruise, but to come in Monday for x-rays. It turned out to be a fracture of the inside wrist bone. Had to have a finger to elbow cast for six weeks then a brace for about a month more. All’s ok now, but you should get an xray to be sure. Hope you and Miss Peach turn out alright. I’ll be praying for y’all.
Worst case scenario....4 broken bones....best case...only sprain or jam.
Miss Peach was able to spit her pill out three times before I finally got it down her. She looks pretty good this a.m.

There didn’t seem to be any indications for cats, some for humans.....so maybe Miss Peach is more human that cat.
