I love my Kimber II even after I trashed it in my little experiment.
Way to easy to work with.
I’ve got two Kimber 1911’s... a full size 5” Custom that freaking drives nails, and an ultra-compact Kimber RCP (Refined Carry Pistol) that I carry on me pretty much all the time.
In my opinion there has been no improvement on John Moses Browning’s design in a very long time. Even a hundred years later there still isn’t a better design for an auto pistol.
