IIRC, Dear Reader and his surgically attached teleprompter visited the BLACK nation of Ghana in July. Don’t recall the earth stopping spinning on its axis!!! Probably wasn’t even that momentous to Tip O’Neill’s boy toy, as he seemed to completely forget about it.
