“Stupid death” is when someone does something that kills THEMSELVES because of their own actions! What is happening there is “tragic death”, “sad death”, “pitiful death” NOT “stupid death”

There is not much death in this world that isn't stupid, cruel and unfair. There are some people for whom death is a sweet mercy and some who deserve death but those are the exceptions.

King asked him what he meant, and Cooper said he meant death that did not need to happen - the little girl who could be saved if there was a doctor to amputate her leg; someone who could survive if they had antibiotics. But too often, that does not exist in Haiti - "Stupid Death."

Between Cooper and Sanchez, it seems that CNN has gone totally off the rails of sanity.

Sanchez is all atwitter because all the victims are not being given a proper burial. He seems oblivious to the danger of dead bodies lining the streets in a tropical climate.
