Gee, what a coincidence--I almost posted a vanity asking this very thing--is the "rapture" mentioned in the Bible?

The word “harpadzo” was the word used in the Greek verbage of 1 Thessalonians 4:17....meaning “seized” or to “transport”. English/Latin translated it into “raptus” or “rapture”...first coined by Shakespeare (per Google because I’m not that smart) :)
