There is a hearing going on right now in Santa Ana, CA. Obama's attorneys are trying to have the case thrown out (why do you suppose that is?). The Judge, among other issues, stated that our troops need to know they are following the orders of a legitimate President and they are reviewing the laws surrounding treason.
Obama, Pelosi, Reid et.al. need to be stopped at all costs. They will ram healthcare through, although it will be in a weakened form thanks to the Massachusetts “miracle.” They are working on yet another sneaky back room deal. 52 Senators signed a letter promising to vote "yes" using reconciliation if the House passes the Senate bill as is.
That is an illegal use of reconciliation but, since when have liberals cared about the law or Constitution? Here's what the DHLL site says now: "The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands accepts both Certificates of Live Birth (original birth certificate) and Certifications of Live Birth because they are official government records documenting an individual’s birth. The Certificate of Live Birth generally has more information which is useful for genealogical purposes as compared to the Certification of Live Birth which is a computer-generated printout that provides specific details of a person’s birth. Although original birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth) are preferred for their greater detail, the State Department of Health (DOH) no longer issues Certificates of Live Birth. When a request is made for a copy of a birth certificate, the DOH issues a Certification of Live Birth."
Yet, there are a few facts that remain unexplained: The Kenyan Ambassador admitted Obama was born in Kenya on “The Mike In The Morning show” on WRIF radio, in Detroit, Michigan.
Obama estimated court costs now up to $1.6 Mil to keep records sealed. (for a $17 birth certificate?)
Hawaiian law states his mother had to of been a citizen of the United states for more than 10 years to transfer US citizenship, 5 of which had to be over 14, she was only 18, at the time of his birth.
On the copy shown to the public by Obama’s team: Where is the embossed seal and registrar’s signature?
Comparing it to other Hawaii birth certificates…why is the color shade different?
The date stamp bleeding through the document is “June 2007”. The document was supposedly released in June, 2008.

Barack Obama’s own grandmother said he was born in Kenya: “I was in the delivery room in Mombosa, Kenya, when he was born Aug. 4, 1961.”
As Barry Soetoro, Obama attended an Indonesian school. At that time, only Indonesian citizens were allowed to attend. There was no dual citizenship at the time. Was he adopted by his listed father, Lolo Soetoro?
The answer is quite simple: Obama should produce the SIGNED ORIGINAL for review by neutral experts and/or produce a copy of same for Internet review by the public.

Something to add to your list:
Obama amended his original birth certificate. Hawaii’s DOH admitted that in an email query.
Neither Certification of Live Birth (COLB) documents online are stamped ‘AMENDED’, which is required if the orginal has been amended.
Both online COLBs are definitely fraudulent.
A walking body that went to school with him might help as well. I can gauruntee I have people outside of my realm now that can vouch for me. Phony all the way.

Someone here on Free Republic posted an article about Obama stating that he was from Kenya. It was posted last year.
This happened backstage after the Illinois Senatorial debate, where he said he was fron Kenya. “So what!” He said, “I’m not running for President.”
Also, there are literally dozens of African magazines and newspapers which, after Obama was elected Senator, openly published statements claiming that he was from Kenya, and had been born there.
Maybe after what this dumb stupid f*(&ing maggot the Resident did during the State of 0bama speech to the Supremes might urge them to finally open this up and get those answers..I would love nothing more than to shove this proof down the gullets of those 0bamaites who still are willing to say he is a saint..the greatest ever...

As for AKA Obama’s birth in Kenya we hear this from attorney Mario Apuzzo “We have not heard from one international, federal, state, or local police or security agency that Obama’s birth place has been officially confirmed.An Investigator working for Philip Berg, Esq. learned the following which is contained in the investigator’s affidavit dated October 30, 2008, that was filed with a Federal District Court in the case of Berg v. Obama, O8-cv-04083: Obama’s step-grandmother, Sarah Obama, told Bishop McRae, who was in the United States, during a telephonic interview on October 12, 2008, while she was in her home located in Alego-Kogello, Kenya, that was full of security police and people and family who were celebrating then-Senator Obama’s success story, that she witnessed Obama’s birth in Kenya, not the United States (the English and Swahili conversation is recorded and available for listening). She was adamant about this fact not once but twice. The conversation which was placed on speaker phone was translated into English by “Kweli Shuhubia” and one of the grandmother’s grandsons who were present with the grandmother in the house. After the grandmother made the same statement twice her grandson intervened, saying “No, No, No, He was born in the United States.” During the interview, the grandmother never changed her reply that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. The fact that later in the same interview she change her statement to say that Obama was born in Hawaii does not change the fact that she at first stated twice that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. I cannot imagine a grandmother not knowing whether she was present or not at the birth of her American Senator and U.S. Presidential candidate grandson.
The investigator then personally went to the hospital in Mombassa, Kenya. He spoke with the Provincial Civil Registrar and he learned that there were records of Ann Dunham giving birth to “Barack Hussein Obama, III” in Mombassa, Kenya on August 4, 1961. The investigator then “spoke directly with an Official, the Principal Registrar, who openly confirmed the birthing records of Senator Barack H. Obama, Jr. and his mother were present, however, the file on Barack H. Obama, Jr. was classified and profiled. The Official explained Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. [sic] birth in Kenya is top secret. [H]e was further instructed to go to the Attorney General’s Office and to the Minister in Charge of Immigration if [he] wanted further information.”
It is alleged that the Kenyan government authorities have refused to cooperate and have thwarted all efforts by anyone to obtain any documents concerning Obama.”
That is a real mind bender. Let’s see; AKA Obama wasn’t born in Kenya but his birth place is declared to be “top secret” by Kenyan officials. There are no records of AKA Obama being born in Kenya and those nonexistent records are being withheld and are “top secret”. That sounds so much like what the official position of AKA Obama could be; “I have nothing to hide but I’m hiding it.”
Some probably are - but to a large extent - not all.
