Nope didn’t realize the name thing. All I was aware of was that this fellow was investigating the Passport issue and was found dead in his car (suspiciously). CO

He wasn’t investigating anything. He didn’t belong to any investigative agency of any sort. He was cooperating as a witness in a credit-card fraud investigation.

He had been busted for marijuana possession and credit card fraud when he told the cops that he was part of ring that got some of the personal ID information they needed from the Passport Office.

He didn’t appear to have anything to do with the contractors who go unauthorized access to the Passport records of Obama, McCain and Clinton.
