He’s trying to downplay the bows to the Saudi Prince and the Japanese Emperor, by bowing to second class citizens (women, in his mind). We’re supposed to be fooled into thinking he bows to “everyone”, when in fact he’s reminding us over and over about the Saudi bow.

I wish I could find the photoshop of him bowing to the Emperor and the Emperor has a lighter in his hand, & Obama has a cigarette in his mouth. I think it was on Lucianne.com, but I was never able to find it after that one post of it.
